I placed an order several months ago and have tried to contact them multiple times through different channels (multiple emails, live chat, called and left a message) all with no response. I understand things are delayed because of covid and the messed up supply chain, but I feel like it should not be this hard to get a response about the status of my order!

Hey Jessica,

You're right it shouldn't be that hard to get some sort of update on your purchase. Unfortunetly, this seems to be an ongoing issue with Flexus and their lack of communication with customers. It's interesting because I've emailed Henry from Flexus two times now about some info on a mattress, last one was just a couple of days ago and he replied right back to me the next day. I've been researching buying a latex mattress and have been contacting the various companies listed on here trying to get more information and to see what they were like. Clearly there is a breakdown of communication though between them and their customers. They should be calling or emailing customers back even if they don't know how much longer it's going to be exactly, just out of courtesy and respect. There's nothing worse than feeling like your being left in limbo and don't have a clue about what's going on. I'm sure things are being really delayed like you said because of the supply chain issues, but that's still no excuse not to get back with people and tell them at least something about what's going on.

Hopefully one of the administrators on here can reach out to them and get ahold of someone at the company so you can find out something soon about your order.

I emailed Henry yesterday to confirm that his size king soft talalay is still indeed 22 ILD but it sounds like I'm unlikely to get a response and besides that, it probably won't ship soon even if it is in stock.

It's back to me deciding between 19 ILD and 28 ILD talalay then. Thank you! Hopefully he's able to get things sorted soon.

Update on my order (mentioned in the other thread), I've received a tracking number from Fedex. Just "label created" at this point, so we'll see how long it takes to actually get scanned in by Fedex.

If you don't mind my asking, what did you order? Maybe that'll be a hint that he's at least got that particular product in stock (assuming it ships today).
