Hello. I’m on the verge of buying a mattress and adjustable bed, probably from Richmond Bedding, and have a question about the mattress I’m considering. Richmond sells two latex-coil hybrids. The one I’m interested in is the Organic Latex Flexalloy 10”. I am buying Leggett & Platt’s Comfort Elite because of its lumbar adjustment in hopes that I can sleep on my side without extreme pain from the lumbar area of my spine. I’ve talked to Richmond and they assured me the Flexalloy will work fine with the L&P bed. But, I’m not familiar with the “innards” of the Flexalloy mattress. According to Richmond’s website, it’s made of “repurposed fabrication cuts” of Talalay latex along with coils and other components that make it a hybrid mattress. The latex is called Talalay Echo. Does anyone have experience and/or opinions about this product? I have loved latex mattresses but need to spend less $ this time around. Any help is MUCH appreciated.
